Satish
Babbar Creative Music Foundation is a registered entity vides its Regd.
No.4430. This foundation is a prelude to my vision of creating an
institution that would be a platform for the emerging singers. Ensuring
that the rich heritage of Indian Music Fabric continues to interweave
with richness of its content, the foundation would select and spot the
poetic brilliance & textual depth of poets, literates & writers.
The
foundation aims to create this fusion of finery, into a sellable
product, generating funds for the support, livelihood and employment of
the needy artists.
Being an artist myself, I feel there exists a
need for the promotion of artists & poets who have the innate depth
of brilliance lying undiscovered, living hidden unto them. I have set
up an institute for development of Indian Classical, Light Classical
and Folk Music:
- To provide assistance to deserving and needy artists, poets, singers etc.
- To
diffuse knowledge among the people, of our culture, music and creative
poetry by sponsoring / holding of programs, shows, workshops and
seminars etc.
- To give grants to old poets, musicians, singers
and give royalties by assisting in production & distribution of
their music Cassettes, CDs, VCD’s, DVD’s, Feature Films etc.
- To give or arrange for employment or training to budding artist, poets & singers who face problems in the music industry.
- To work for the betterment of humans whose daily life blends with flora and fauna of the country as an integrated system.

Contributions can be forwarded by Cheques / Demand Drafts in the name of Satish Babbar Creative Music Foundation (Regd.), SB A/c No. 11684, payable at branch office of Punjab & Sind Bank, Gujranwala Town, Delhi. Details of the foundation regarding products, performances etc. will be forwarded timely.
